How to market this Twitter Game??

I created a site BetNext where you can place virtual bets on sports teams with virtual money of $100,000..

The site got mentioned in Techcrunch (world's top tech blog) but still there are no enough visitors..what should I do to promote the site?

Where I should market the site??

Can anyone guide where I should advertise my site..?

USP of the site:
you can bet from any twitter client using this format -"@betnext {amount} on {Teamname} - date"

Why hasn't it worked? Did the users not convert? I'd recommend that you post about your site on the various gaming forums - ask people what they think about it, but don't direct advertise.

You could also post about it on the link in my signature - in the virtual worlds/games forum. Twitter users sometimes don't convert all that well, unless you meet new people that are interested in playing games - they usually find the content when they type in a hash tag, and your site is on that hash tag.

 

I only have one thing to say to this post regarding twitter:

If you need to get 1,000 followers fast, would it be easier to build 1 account up to 1,000 or 10 accounts to 100?
