I have earned the most money via freelance writing and other content provision services. It is not the easiest way to make money, but it is reliable and I don't have to spend before I earn.
My best method for me thus fur has been reselling domain registration. I added US$1 to the price I paid, PayPal took about 50% of that leaving me with US$0.50 per year (the profit margin grew if they purchased more years at once, e.g some registered for 10 years, maximising my profit from that sale). I made hundreds doing this, then got screwed over by my supplier, it was going so well up until then too. The profit margin was very thin yet I got a lot of sales so I was able to give customers freebies, and was beginning to run competitions for free domains, but alas, it was a reseller chain and I have no controls over those above. AdSense hasn't been that great for me, in four or five years, I've built up an AdSense balance of around £19-20. Admittedly though, I haven't really developed anything geared to that earning method. I now seem to be averaging 40-50p/month.

Depending on someone else or someone else's service to make a living online is dangerous Whether its adsense, ebay, or affiliate marketing it has the possibility of disappearing at any time The best way will always be your own product or service and let other people sell it for you through referrals or your own affiliate program You need to be the one in control
