Funny, but you never hear folk asking FileSonic to downgrade countries based on other file hosts. Why not ask FileSonic to demote Germany from Group A to Group B like FileServe or demote the UAE from Group B to Group C like FileServe?

Not trying to be as harsh as I sound guys. I sympathize with your requests to have countries moved and I am not saying FileSonic shouldn't consider them if the economics are right. It's just the logic is lousy suggesting FileSonic should make these moves simply because another file host has a different plan.

Haven't been able to DL using my premium account for 4 days. Keeps saying I'm not logged in. Then when I re- login, and click a link to DL I'm told I have to become a premium user WTF! I emailed them 3 times so far with no response whatsoever. I've cleared my cache and cookies too. Still nothing. I purchased a three month account and this happened once before.

I have requested promos through dashboard. I have entered e-mail address and password, but there is no further information about its success or not.

I suggest that promos money should be added to payments automatically. I have lost my promos in Jan.

p.s.

There is some files missing secretly. Yestoday it is able to be downloaded, today the file is missed. Also some files' created time is changed. I am so puzzled.
