try surfing the website using a proxy from a different continent and see if the situation differs.

 

I'm in the UK, anyone else there having this problem? the only proxies i know are 3rd party sites and i dare not put my login info through one of those.

 

its very annoying, im afraid to touch my filemanager because i worried ill make a mess if im being logged out everytime. i talked to my referrals and its also happening to them. last time my session can last for almost 3 days during weekends now im lucky if it last for 10mins

 

Come on then Hish or any other filesonic tech, why is this happening. I can only stay logged in for about 3 clicks inside the members area, on my 4th click i am logged out, i can see 500 internal server error messages if that helps you??

Hish, in addition to the PM i wrote you, there is a big problem i fear..

I look in the advanced statistics page at sales and i see some sales missing! e.g the 20$ sale that i was not credited for.
I fear my stats could be affected (not only on playsonic but also my general sales stats).

Please advise.

P.S
i am over 300$ and did not yet receive payment today..is there a problem?

EDIT:
ok from 1-8/2 on advanced stats page it shows i had 10 sales..
on general stats page it says 17 sales..

Am i right in thinking that if you are on pps you dont see download counts but if you are on ppd you see sales counts.

playsonic is just for big earner.. no matter how much you work hard if you're out of the top 100, it's useless..

 

You oviously didn't read the PlaySonic page thoroughly . You will be able to use your credits in the future to 'buy' plenty of rewards in the future. Even if it takes you longer to earn credits, you can still use them down the line.

second, the payouts will be made today before midnight GMT... But AlertPay will be late 2 hours because of maintenance on their site..

I went to advanced stats and chose those dates and I see the correct amount of sales... Can you pls take a screenshot and send it to me?
