Severe violation of AdSense terms here

Take a look at this site - ggbolg.com - there is serious violation of AdSense terms. Thumbnails placed alongside ad units, many of them are of adult nature. And, take a look at the page source code, where is the Google AdSense code? Ad code is pulled from another php file where there is no content, only the code, that too, modified.

Google doesn't notice all this violation of terms? There are many publishers who doesn't even know why they get banned and here we have an example where admin knowingly violates terms and still doesn't get banned.

Fair or unfair? Express your opinion.

Did you report the site to Google? Google clearly doesn't continuously review sites so if you don't report it they may not know.

I did, thrice, at a gap of 15-20 days. No action taken by Google yet. I won't report anymore. Only because sometimes I don't understand Google properly. And I am afraid, repeated reporting from same pc, same network card, from same ISP may finally get me banned (my AdSense account) instead of him! I am not an enemy to that blog, I don't even know the blogger personally. I noticed constant comment spamming in one of my blogs, it was then I went to see what that blog was about - then I noticed this issue.

this site is totally AWESOME!!!!! it took me to realize about 5 minutes that the adult picks are not from Google Ads. they are just images at the side bar!!!
the owner has planned a good way to increase Adsense clicks! and i am sure that he is getting too much good result.
look this type of users don't last for long. they just open a site with free hosting just to earn money. after having 2/3 checks simply the account will be closed and he will open another Adsense account. may be with another domain.

Report to Google AdSense team using the link in "Ads by Google" on that page. Everyone of you must report. Good webmasters must unite against the evil webmasters.

No doubt its violation of terms
The site is full of porn which is a big no when you are dealing with adsense
Sooner or later the publisher will loose his adsense account

He's a fuckin' genius! By the way once upon a time I owned a news site and I was banned from adsense (I mean only that website) because I write a news story about a men who sold video where him had sex with dogs. In the article, about 1000 words, there was only 1 time the word "porno"! for that word that website was banned.

Yes I agree it is a good idea, a good idea if you want to get banned from adsense as fast as possible that is. Infact I encourage you to build such a website so you get banned and p*ss off this forum as fast as possible.

I meant why really care? There are people stealing and killing. You can't do anything about them, you are not the police.

We should always report such violations because every penny that is going to such thieves who commit click fraud and other such shit is basically stolen from adwords advertisers and good honest adsense publishers like us.
I see its been 20 days since this thread was started one wonders people at google are really lazy when it comes to taking action against such scumbags.
