    Hi,

can you please tell me the approximate cost for which I can see this domain ?
Or it would be better to build a content website on this domain

Any comments form experts out here?.. Thanks in advance

    It's just a subdomain of http://www.uk.com/ so it's worthless.
If your trying to sell those sub-domains, I consider it like selling Facebook username accounts.

Google probably own the name Adsense as a tradename - making it illegal for anybody to use as a domain or subdomain (or any part of one).
If you invest any time or money in it to get onto their radar - they could probably take it from you for free, and give you a whole lot of legal hassle and costs in the process.
    I suggest you ditch it.
But if you like playing with fire, maybe you will be OK - because a number of non-Google sites appear in a Google search for Adsense

If you use it referring to google's Adsense, your domain will only worth reg fee. Adsense is trademarked by Google, and i don't think anyone wants to chance a law suite from big G.
You might be able to use for something not related to google's Adsense, but stil there's that chance.

    Good luck

If I am making a content website related to adsense on this domain ...is it illegal? also I have seen many big companies using "google", "adsense", "adwords" etc in their domain and they are running fine... google has not sued them?

I bought this domain because I thought it would give me better google rank for my website( obviously with good content) as the competition on keyword "adsense" is medium and there is a huge monthly search according to google keyword tool.

I bought this expensive domain for $100 ... do you think its not worth it?? was it a wrong deal to make?

Maybe you will want to check the copyright status. Major companies such as Google are careful to protect their copyright. Not worth getting into trouble with them.

Your domain worthless not only because you're infringing a TM where you can get sued for lots of money, but you also bought a crappy subdomain.

The .com after .uk makes this buy “cheap” or “expensive”?

All double-TLD domains always seems me a stupid idea

why co.uk instead of .uk ? and why .uk.com instead of .com.uk ?

You are a marketers dream customer.
I have about 100 domains expiring soon, that I probably won't renew - all worth more than the one you bought for $100.
If you have a spare $10k, to buy them, that would be great, but if not I'll be happy to sell them to you for 50% off

After all the reviews I think I didn't make a good decision buying it, but decision was based on the fact that "adsense" is a high volume and low competition keyword, that why I though the domain was worth it but thanks for correcting me.

Hello, smart marketer... :) (This is for you Mr. seafrontsteve)

    Mr. Smart Marketer

Let me make it clear I bought a package of some softwares along with this domain for $100, I didn't mention that before. So other than this domain I am happy with the other products.
Now its strange for a "Smart Marketer" like you to have 100 useless and worthless domains which you are not going to renew [ that obviously costed more than aleast $500 and were actually much more pathetic than what I bought :)]. I made 1 mistake and I thank other dp members to point out that mistake and I would take care in future, what about you Mr. "Smart Marketer" who is trying to sell all your 100 pathetic domains to me? giving me discount :) .. I made 1 mistake but I guess you just told everyone you made 100 such mistakes.

Anyway this is just for you to make a personal and rude reply ... I have complained and reported your post to DP admin, have fun.

It is a Trademark word by Google. Sorry it was a waste of $100.. You might get away with it for a while, but for adsense.co.uk, I don't think it will take them that long to find you and coming after you. Cybersquatting can lead to $100,000 fines per domain name according to the United States’ ACPA.. so it's not even worth trying.
It's could be a learning experience for you to not run after Trademark names, there's plenty of fish in the water.. next time secure your investment, try to find/buy good domains without getting in trouble, it's worth time and the money.

    Good luck

I'm not sure what kind of advice to give, It's your decision but i don't see that you have that many options:
    1. don't do anything with it, forget about the $100, let it expire and move on! (best option)
    2. sell it to someone else who will be asking the same questions in the near future. it's not nice if you do so knowing that he/she will be facing the same choices.

    Hello Raj,
You really shouldn't take things so personally.
After post #6 and a number of replies (including mine) telling you the domain was not only worthless but a liability, you were still asking if it was worth anything.
Glad my last message finally hit home.

You are also correct that I make LOTS of mistakes - probably do 10 things wrong for every one I do right - but that's part of life and learning.
My past mistakes include buying a bunch of domains with tradenames that I couldn't use.
You are not correct that I am trying to sell lots of domains - in fact I often give many away for free that have made me money, because I have changed strategy from trying to manage far too many to concentrating on a few. Selling takes time which I prefer to spend doing things that are more profitable.

Marketers and salesmen are actually the easiest people to sell to - that's why they are such popular online niches and there are so many scammers out there.
That's why we all need to be careful where we spend out hard earnt $
