First of all, thanks for your premium a/c

Unfortunately, when I download some files from my a/c, the d/l speed is not good enough even under premium a/c mode. The speed is around 50K/s. Say a file sized 100M, need around 45 mins to complete the d/l procedure.

More and more members complaint about the d/l speed.
In most cases, as a guest a/c, they cannot easily download a file completely from duckload. Maybe need to try up to 10 times!
Some of them just joke that "duckload" = "Fxxkload"

I fully understood your company is newly established and need more time to develop, but your speed is really far away from fileserve / filesonic / hotfile...etc. If the broken link always happen, no matter how high level of money you granted, it is useless to our uploader.

One more thing,please explain this statement: IP address is only rated every 24 hours.
Is it subject to the same file only OR all files I uploaded?
If all files, it is too mean compared with other hosting


p.s.
my overall d/l has exceed 10,000 and really hope to build-up a download site major in duckload, but the d/l speed (broken link) and same ip is a bias

 

may I ask how long did it accumulated with? 3 days? 1 week? 2 week? 1 month?

We're working on the speed problems but we need the help of the users, so they just should run following command in the cmd console and submit the result to us.

Also its for all files, but still the earnings are kinda high, few user here can confirm that.

 

I can't login from Chrome, I can't login from IE, I can't login from Firefox, I can't login from Opera!!!

I just press the button and nothing happens. If I type the wrong password, then the popup appears saying that I typed the wrong password, but if I type the correct one, nothing happens and I am still not logged in when I refresh the page...

Please fix this ASAP

hmmm lots of things have changed , the next payment date is now blank? :S along with how long your premium is vaid for. Also the status option is gone so i have no idea how my remote uploads are doing :S . Please change these back to how they were. Also the public file thing does not work anymore for the last few days.

also i dont think payments were sent on he 6th. Is there a cashflow issue or just some changes to the site?

We build a new status for the remote upload, which will be added as fast as possible, we had deactivate the search function because of some problems, also we pay durring the week, from monday till friday not durring the weekend.

 

Thanks for the very fast response. Again great support and i fully recommend this site and it's admin duckload. Considering the speed in their popularity i think they are copeing very well indeed.

I'd advise you change your password to something only containing letters and numbers - and hopefully it should work

You can copy files up to 15 GB.

 

@Duckload ok but i was only lucky to copy 2 files to my account but after that i m unabe to get more files to my account using remote link.. when i add link of the software i get the msg that following link has been added to the queue ... but i dont see the file ... i try to log in afer few mins but still file not yet on my account...
