can anyone get the claim bonus to work with firefox????

For somereason i can't claim it with that browser, and if i swap to opera or ie it takes about 30 goes to get the browser to be able to stay logged into filesonic.

WTF is wrong with my pc? or is everyone having this issue.

Can you please put my account onto auto claim all bonuses since this is seriously annoying.
