THIS IS THE MESSAGE I GOT FROM PAYPAL BUT HOW DO I RECEIVE THE MONEY SINCE I DO NOT HAVE A US BANK ACCOUNT. HELP ME

 

you need to add your us bank account and initiate the withdraw now. or you can spend the money if the account is not limited for sending

 

I think they are asking you to verify your account. The message you have posted seem to be 2 different messages.

However, what did they ask you to do to lift the limitations? Adding proof of address with documents such as utility bill/bank statement etc which is not older than 6 months?

Just find out what they have asked you to do and your limitations will be lifted. I had to verify by providing proof of address. And by the way is your credit card added to your paypal?

You can withdraw your money by visa card if your country supports it. You can also your local exchanger to exchange your money.

 

Now you can verify your account from Bank account and enjoy your account back.

 

Not necessarily as easy as verifying a bank account. I Thought the OP said he didn't have one. Just because Paypal lets you get your money out doesn't mean they will lift the limit.

Paypal frequently limits an account and hold the money for six months. After six months, they will let you have your money. If that happened, you're not getting your account back. That is most likely what is going on here. Even if you haven't had your account long, they don't always hold your cash for six months.

I'm having trouble understanding you're question really. They told you what to do. Since you don't have a bank account, you'll have to have them mail you the check. I sure hope you didn't use a fake address. With your account limited you may not be able to change the address either. I'm not sure.

 

Try to call them up and send the documents they required, and soon your limit will be lifted

 

Just send whatever docs they want and you'll be fine.

that was a great advice it worked.

 

unfortunately i can not spend the money excerpt withdraw it into US bank account.

 

They are demanding a wide range of documents which i do not have and it would be difficullt for me to proof it.
