I have used various different outsourcing sites and tried loads of different freelancers from the cheapest that bid, mid-range and most expensive and have found NO one who understands the concept of relevant links from pages that already have a page rank. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice or ideas as it is preventing me from expanding as I have to do everything myself!!! Cheers
pagerank doesn't really matter. As long as you have relevant links it will be fine. It is better to have more weaker links than a a few strong ones. So if one is gone there isn't a big impact.
It is just a matter of miscommunication I guess. Or they just get lazy in finding relevant pages with some page ranks on it.
You haven't looked at the right places, you should be able to hire some good people on this forum who understand 'relevant PR links'.
i am also looking for someone to take on outsourced link building, but i have not been filled with much confidence,
Good link builders normally are building links for their own sites. Good luck prying them away from their own sites!
Automating the link buidling process is very tricky because Google can spot bulk linking pretty easy.
The problem in outsourcing for website backlinks is that you don't have the controls over the quality of the backlinks they are generating for your website.
I've got no personal experience but what you say doesn't surprise me. Just looking around DP, I'm amazed by the lack of knowledge displayed by people who are advertising link building services in their signature.
Right!!! You are all convincing me to start looking into doing things my self! What sort of tools should I be looking for..... I am looking for niche directories with high page authoritys and currently just manually search and then check the links to see if they follow.... very time consuming...
