    My website domain is http://www.go4freelancer.com/. At Last it was cached at 8 Dec 2010 by Google server so till date it is not cached. So please suggest me best tips for catch my website earliest.

    if you have sitemap, every small change in your SiteMap or add a new page or some thing likec that call google SERP and catch your site.if you have not SiteMap, make it for your site

    Actually you has the clause <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache" /> so remove it and wait one or 2 weeks, also your site is new.

    Have you rechecked your cache date since January? Do link building especially in social networking websites, this would help you with your problem. Also, please update your title tag, it is used on all your pages which is not a good practice.
