Things to look before buying a domain name

    Could you please tell what things i should look before buying a domain...like PR, Page authority, domain authority...

    site age is most important.. no matter if site has: PR 0, few index, low authority, few back link, no more SERP..
    if site name, age is good and domain is not banned by SEs forget all other thing.. just buy it..

    Unless you buy a site or are ready to create and use all the pages that have existing backlinks, it is a waste of time paying a premium for PR
    A site will lose it's rank VERY quickly if you buy one and don't maintain relevant content and create pages that already have external links - and that's pretty tough for a high ranking site that might have hundreds or thousands of links.
    Good advice from guruji007 = just buy it. Domains are cheap, the it's the time and effort developing them that costs.
