It might bring some legal issues, but as long as you can afford it, and give a good review and nothing illegal over it. It's all good.

    LOL.

Why not. It's not like she's ever taken legal action against anyone.

Any girl whose name is Oprah can have her own show and a domain name just like that, however the Oprah we all know may have lot$$$ of reasons to proceed if she believes you are misusing a name involving her somehow.

Your "real name" can still be trademark infringement - i.e. if your last name was really "Trump", you still cannot open up a "Trump Casino". "Mike Rowe" (real name) found this out when he registered "MikeRoweSoft.com".

oprahshow.tv is clearly trademark infringement as the name alone (regardless of the sites content) is enough to cause confusion. There is also the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act which imposes fines of up to $100,000 in damages for anyone who, with bad-faith intent to profit, "registers, traffics in or uses a domain name that is identical to, confusingly similar or dilutive of" an existing trademark.

The content of your site can also play a key role in trademark infringement i.e. you might be able to use "MySpace" in a domain name if your site had absolutely nothing to do with "MySpace" the portal, or any of the other trademark holders on "MySpace". If your site had related content, then it becomes infringement.

"Oprah" is known to be very aggressive in taking legal action against domains that are attempting to ride the goodwill she has established.
