You get disconnected when you connect with the same account with unother browser/computer... if you don't do this you never get disconnected.. i think it's annoying too since sometimes i use the account on my server or in my other pc at home.. it's not possible to skip this like other hosts do?

 

i already informed them about this problem, i also talked to my referrals and they also experienced this logging out. happens a few minutes or sometimes when you click fsc tab. it started about 3-4 days and sometimes i can not login it will just show the homepage. im only using my account in 1 computer

my worry is if this happening for others who bought account they might ask for a refund.

i have to give you a feedback! I am premium member in conjunction with this, i have to get fullspeed download (more than 1.5MB/s in my opinion). My downloadspeed is only near to 250kb/s. For this slow speed, i dont need a premium membership...
I would prefer you upgrade your speed in stead of giving a 10.000$ price to the users...

I've still a problem with your earning system who is a big Headlock
i've finally reach the sum to have a one year premium account a buy a account.
after this, i'm go to my settings to put my paypal ID & what was my surprise, my paypal ID was still here, displayed !!!??
then i put a empty space on my payment ID to see if this supposed hint work. i Submit. the page reload & the payment ID is empty.
Great!!!.. no.
Why? coz i quit the settings to for example "Dashboard" & return to "Settings" & what a surprise !!! my Payment ID is back.
so have you got another hint to have a choice or not to receive my payment automatic or to stay with my $ to buy for example a "Lifetime account".
coz with this delay of each week, the money will be send to my paypal account & without any possibility to stay with the money, i think i will have no possibility to buy a BIG premium account if my money will go to my paypal account each week.
