I just recently received tax form 1099-MISC from Azoogle saying my non-employee compensation is $883.13. There is nothing in state and federal tax withheld boxes on the form. This is the first time in the last three years of being an affiliate of Azoogle that I have received this tax form. Do I have to pay income tax on the $883.13? or did they already take it out of my previous paychecks and this form is just for recording purposes?
Simply contact your AM about this, he/she will be sure to tell you. I know non-American networks don't require a form from Americans.
It depends upon which country you hail from also. USA and non-USA would be different and then each country will have its own tax laws plus there may be international tax agreements between USA and that country.
