    bidvertiser will accept anyone instantly - though if it's warez related they will no doubt ban...

    and bidvertiser have a great pop-up program - it only loads once per IP per day so users are a lot less likely to get pissed off

    You have a better shot at monetizing your site with something other then AdSense. There are so many high paying CPA programs that can be fit for your web site.

    It depends on your niche. You can monetize with anything. CPA, clickbank, Amazon, etc

    you can go for a CPA offer (Pay Per Lead ) use banner ads, videos or pop ups even adding a CPA survey on your site may also help to make good money
    These days earning with cpa offers is best way of making money online

    Eh I wouldn't recommend bidvertiser as they have been lacking lately. Why did you adsense application get rejected? Your site can't be that bad if you have 2000 unique visitors/day...

    I just cant believe that adsense rejected your application although you have such amount of visitors.I hope you have the content according to the adsense guideline.However You may consider to work with linkworth.
