If your country is not supported then there is no use of opening another account and hoping to work long time with that account. You not learned lesson from first account limitation ? You will be wasting time , money with paypal.
yeah it sucks. but u can see your paypal balance now frozen permanently so again u will be wasting myour hard earned money with paypal. so just look payment processors who supports your country and try to use them. may be u need to look with 2co.com , moneybookers and some other and go with them If you still want to use paypal i think u may try with vpn
