    Agreed with ntabaq. It is slow loading.

    Maybe, you should try installing W3 Total Cache plugin and activate object,minify,database and post modules to speed up your site.

    Show snippet of each blog post on main page to reduce the scrolling issue plus it will give less bounce rate for your site. Users need to click to read more.

    Seriously talking the website is very slow. It could be either because of your webhost, so some script or images on your webpage. Do a google for website speed analyzer and you will come to know whats the issue.

    PS: the theme is good, but try migrating to a professional wordpress theme.

    good work n nice color scheme as other suggested same load time is too much make it work with some also i think u need to reduce page length little mostly users don't want to go for that lengthy pages also u have some space at end of some paragraphs seems like extra or a broken gap do something about it too.
