    Why wait for 3 strikes - if someone does this they should be banned instantly - including their IP. Why on earth would we want to be nice to a scammer ? Ban 'em - ban 'em all that's what I say :p

    RU seems fine! there are 2 uploaders who put over 10,000 in a wrong format! SO everything is ok, the queue might take more time!
