no you can't and the problem is at hotfile site, they simply block everyone...I don't use hotfile anymore

I have pointed out some things not working right or didn't like before but Fileserve kicking ass now. In my case the overall experience has become better. Good job, keep that way.

Ok RickyFS, I've read a few post about what I'm posting right now because there is a margin of error of 20,975 downloads between the File Manager & Statistics Report.....That is a huge diff!

The File manager has, premium downlaods + free downloads + incomplete downloads

Statistics report on the other hand has all the 'counted' downloads, which get you payments.

 

remote upload not working... i m new in fileserve just made account and tried remote uploading but its not working.. opening same page again!

 

does fileserve premium support fileserve to fileserve files and fileserve to megaupload via remote upload?

anyone pls answer this im about to buy premium from them thanks..

 

no you can't do that, or so i've been told.

you can't even do fileserve to fileserve without your own vps or dedicated machine.

 

Ricky, how long will it take for that DMCA files deleted from the list?

BTW: pls add a delete option

 

Problem with FTP

I am Fileserve Premium account holder (nice services, by the way). Normally I use Firefox to upload my files. It just occured to me my life would be easier if I tried using an ftp client software. I tried FileZilla. This is the mesage I got:

Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Status: Resolving address of ftp.fileserve.com
Status: Connecting to 209.222.19.227:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Fileserve FTP Server
Command: USER [My user Name]
Response: 331 Password required for [My User Name]

Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error

I used the Ftp information supplied by Fileserve under "FTP Upload". I used the password Fileserve supplied, even though it differed from my regular password. I even switched from the password supplied to the one I normally use. Still I am getting the critical error message. What am I doing wrong? Or perhaps someone could suggest a better FTP program for me to use - that is, a program other than Filezilla. Will greatly appreciate any input anyone has on my problem. Thanks.

By the way this is the information supplied under the FTP Upload

FTP client settings:

FTP server:ftp.fileserve.com
Port:21
Login:[rotson]
Password:[&&&&&&&&] - this password is different from my login password. I also tried login in with my correct password. Same result

 

I too am having problems remote uploading. I am trying to move files from rapidshare before my account finally dies and up until today, after 6 months of use, there has been no problem at all. I have tried three different browsers, cleaned my cache and flushed dns and anything else I can think of but it will not work for me. It is almost like a timeout which eventually resolves in to a blank page with a reference to raw php in the header. I hope this is only a minor glitch because as far as I am concerned there are not enough words of praise for fileserve.

 

Ricky, our servers sucks realy! i need more then 3 min to load the page with my files. thats not normal.
our provider is absolut shit.
i have the problem about 6 month u know that. thats not a problem by my provider, all my friends have the same problem!!!!!!!
u need a better routing to EUROPE !

i hope u can solve the problem or i upload my stuff in future to filesonic, the upload and webpage from filesonic is nice and earnings are better.

Try SmartFTP which works fine for me. I also had problems with Filezilla.
