    why not possible ?

suppose , one person have paypal account and alertpay account as well. He takes money in paypal account and gives money from alertpay account to person who needs exchange. Plus he takes his own commission as well.

    can't it be possible ?

This can be done, but you must use an exchanger. They will usually ask for a hold period before completing the transaction. You will have to look for the exchanger on another forum.

Now-a-days,Money exchangers are not trusted as before and you cant transfer money from Alertpay to Paypal. You can do as follows:

1)Withdraw money from Alertpay to Bank
2)Upload that money from Credit card to Paypal :)

Hi hashif, you can't transfer money in-between paypal and alertpay officialy. There is no such facility in these pay processors. You can only receive the help of money exchangers.
