    Why not just sign up and complete the form honestly, i am sure you will get approved if you are legit.

    It seems like you already get accepted by leadbolt, they're also a great content gateway network as well. I would suggest you promote leadbolt's offers first to gain some experience and then try to join cpalead. Good luck :)
