Is it possible to create any keyowrd trademark?

    Hello Fellow Members

    I write this post because I started online dating business(Affiliate) and my competitor in same city,torching me to stop my website Due to some keyword trademark issues.

    I want to know from my members that, is it really possible to get the trademark of keywords like dating,xpartner,xpersonal,adult,friend etc....

    Please share your knowledge regarding this problem. I want to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Sure. Any common or made-up word can become a trademark if used as one.

    But from what you're saying, your competitor wants you to stop using one of those word
    as a keyword on your site or so?

    What specific keyword?

    XPartner or XPersonal sound like they might be considered trademarks. And your "adult, friend" makes me wonder if maybe you're using the words "adult friend finder".
