I just wrote an email to them about receiving publisher and affiliate earnings, as most of them are sent as one payment. I did ask what if it is more than $500 what will happen as no company will send us payments twice as they do send payments out in bulk. Let us see what paypal replies!

as per new policies we cannot receive any amount above $500.

What do you mean by mass payments over here..??
Right now it is stated that you cannot receive more than $500 per transaction so I thought ok we can get payment in parts but now after reading a reply from paypal that:

I am getting confused with the stuff which is bold..
What do they mean by buyer protection??

    Paypal Buyer protection :

If you’ve purchased your item through a PayPal-verified seller, you’re covered for your original purchase price plus shipping. This protection covers you only for nondelivery of tangible items and tangible items that are received significantly not as described — not if you are disappointed with the item.

I want to clarify 1 important point to those who are worried about paypal balance usage. We can make the payments from our paypal balance to clients/people outside India but we cannot inside India.
Check the RBI interview link given in this thread.

No. Payments from Paypal balance are totally disabled. You need to attach credit card and make payments only from credit card.

But, what about automated systems that disburse payments to their users?

Let's it's sending payment of $576. It will get confused between Indian PayPal accounts and US PayPal accounts. Payment to US PayPal accounts will go smoothly, but not with Indian PayPal accounts.

I know this will be a problem for many..
But as I am just using one file host and already contacted them about my issues and they will make my payments in parts if I earn more than $500 in a month..
So right now I do not have that problem..

But I am still against RBI new rules XD

Don't think so. You can't make payments from Paypal balance anymore. Attach credit card and use it to make payments.
