Regarding Indian Credit Card

i am small website developer . i am worry with the present paypal scenario . i am looking for a quick credit card to save my small business. i have to purchase various things including server which i used to do with paypal.

I find in citibank site that we can make credit card online there

Anyone using there c.c ? what the charges ? can we use it for server and other payments.

Also please refer some banks where i can get quick and cheap rated c.c

Axisbank offers if you open fixed deposits.

 

prepay for 1 year from your paypal might be a good solution too for server and domain renewal problem...

 

You can get a cheap rate CC in SBI only. Citibank is the most costly as well as best and international too.

 

The easiest way to get credit card is if your father or mother have a credit card, ask them for add-on card which will be issued in your name.This is the fastest and cheapest way.

Other than that, if you are self sufficient if you have money approx Rs.20,000 then ask hdfc or axis to give credit card against Fixed deposit. However they might ask for PAN card. If you dont have credit card open a savings account with hdfc and maintain rs.10k in account balance, and the bank will automatically give you credit card without FD or anything, that is only after 6 months. Keep in mind that it is a policy of banks to ask for 3yrs IT tax returns sometimes. However you can circumvent that but PAN is a must. oh! usually it takes approx 2-4 weeks to receive your card and each bank will take their own time in processing your card application.

I have presently account with sbi,bank of india. but i can't wait to get credit card from them as i heard they go through a long process.

yes i have pan and also paying tax to govt. for last 3 years. everyone recommending me to go icici . anyone could tell do they apply charges for giving the credit card ? what the specific name of the card that would accept online ? also what the transaction charge for online payment through that c.c is it 2.5% per transaction ? is there any icici credit card help no .?

 

Any card of VISA/Mastercard would just work fine. You have to first get the card then register for 3d secure before using internationally. i personally dont recomment icici but if you know them, then go with them first. Right now just dont worry about card charges, just get your credit card. Once you get your first credit card, then you can easily get credit cards from other banks and then later you can plan on which is cheap and costwise.

I have been using CITIBANK CC for 5 years and never had any problems, they are the best in the business and also the support is also amazing. I also lost my wallet a couple of months back and they sent the new card in less than 36 hrs to my place.

Goto entropay.com and create a new account than add your SBI debit card info and load any amount you want to transfer from your bank to your CC (entropay will gave you 1)
Its a VCC.. which can be added into paypal, alertpay, moneybookers or with any payment processors you want..

Because entropay is the best company online providing real VCC or you can say genuine CC which are RE LOADABLE.. and powered by VISA and masterCARD logo..

Better go for CC than VCC.Because Paypal limits accounts with VCC early.So I suggest you to take CC of banks like ICICI,HDFC or Axis Bank.
