I guess the next target could be MoneyBookers, however it would be slightly difficult to do it because MoneyBookers send money in India via genuine wire transfer
PrePaid cards providers are generally affected, Moneybookers still they dont offer prepaid cards in India

Its funny , Indian govt doesn't take any action on fraudsters like A RAJA and the people who have the money in swiss bank and they make our lives miserable by introducing these policies .i seriously have started to hate Indian congress for bringing on these pathetic rules .
Right now, it seems doubtful due to the interference of our masters. As posted above, Payoneer is setting up a wire transfer system. Your bank will likely take a cut for wire transfer fees. For an average person getting 5000 Rs. a month, you'll probably be left with 2500.
Why does India keep getting picked on. Its beyond me that the government stop money going into the country
I think an unexplored reason is the big tech consultancy companies (Infosys, Wipro). Think about it: if you can get the same or more money working independently, why work as a employee with constant fear of losing your job? If it becomes too difficult to work as an independent, you'll have to apply for a job with them. Also, wiping out independents makes it easier to prevent the rise of new consultancy companies.
Yes Payoneer suspended in india Due to instructions from the Indian local banking authorities, Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard cards will be blocked for local purchases (POS Purchase) made in India within the next few hours, and ATM transactions will probably be blocked soon after. Your Payoneer card continues to be functional anywhere other than India (including transactions made online on global websites), and all funds in your account are secure Thanks
