or a duckload approach can be applied, %70 of income to original uploader %30 to copier..
its not good, cause if so, I found or move file to another host and then to filesonic = MORE and MORE server load and diskspace needed.
for example, if I remote upload it to fileserve or oron or whatever else, and then back to filesonic to prevent this, ???
remote upload from OUTER hosts cause overload of servers = MANY COST
