    It's a minor update. A fairly high percentage of domains I registered in the last two weeks (I drop catch for PR potential from leftover links) popped.

    I'm not saying that's what happened but a possibility. It was probably because of the hosting and DNS change you mentioned. Whichever one it was...

    My site's PR didn't change at all. Still that old ZERO, I have changed my DNS server. so that could be a reason for that big ZERO!!

    Sometimes the PR toolbar update takes days to occur you can see changes through that period.

    Wrong. they are instant. Googles toolbar does not take days or hours. They do it and its updated instantly.
    It was just a MINOR update people. Get real... Google isn't going to do 2 major updates in 2 weeks.
