I have realized that i posted 2 questions about 3-5 days ago in the official support forum for google adsense, but none of them have been replied yet. It seems that they are either ignoring them or they have lack of support.
That could be probably due to too many queries that could be handled within the specified time or have they lost interest in supporting the queries really? I used to encounter such problems in paypal support previously.
If you are talking about adsense official support forum then I am 100% sure they will not answer you. There are thousands of adsense publishers like you browsing that forum at any given time and the real adsense staff only looks into those threads that are flagged by the 'Top Contributer' members there. If you want to know something then probably searching for a similar question will get you the answer.
Better suggestion for you, do not wait for their reply. Just search for the solution of a similar problem like you in the forum. Most probably you will get the answer of your question from there.
I have had very good experience using the adsense support forum. The top contributors there are very helpful and prompt with replies. I am not sure why it is not the case with you. Which section did you post your messages? perhaps a link could be helpful so members here can answer if they can
Hi, I have the same problem with you. It's already been 2 months and I haven't got my Adsense Confirmation message yet. I still don't know when they would approve my application. I already contacted their support and they always say that it is still in queue for a human to review. But it's already been 2 months. Google Adsense support is really slow.
You are not the only one person are posting question, you should check how many question was posted daily. You cant expect to get immediate answer since they are handling many question per day
That's too harsh.. Does it mean my website's a crap too? What they said to me is that their bots aren't too smart that they can't decide whether to accept my website or not because of this "whois privacy protection", that they could not be sure who the owner is. That's why they need a human to personally visit the website. But the problem is, there seems to be a lot of websites in queue.
