    Hi guys,

I have problems with my favorite browser Firefox. I had some useful addons there. Although I deleted them 98% I still have problems with my browser. I asked some guys and they told me they also have similar problems. I updated browser, reinstalled it. I don't know, I have Windows 7 under 3 GB of RAM, cor duo processor, etc but my browser crashes everyday. If there is opened gmail or some other script which make refresh, browser stop working or page is loaded in a wrong way. Just wanted to know, if you have similar problems and what's the solution?

Either remove the browser and reinstall or try another browser. I had numerous instances when Firefox crashed on me and I moved to Google Chrome and I now have no issues at all.

Upgrade to Firefox 4 (it's much faster/better than Firefox 3), or upgrade to Chrome.

No problems at all here, working as great as ever, and i leave FF open for days at a time sometimes, till it start's lagging.

What version are you on, and try clearing your history; keep fill forms and passwords if you want to though.

Don't move to Chrome... I'm happy letting google control keywords and battling for rankings for now. I hope they will never control browser preference.

I have been using FF 3.6 with couple of add-ons on Win7 for a year; no issues so far. Did you read the crash report. What does it say? For example, at work my chrome crashes every now and then so i searched the chrome support with the report and found that my AV(Symantec) version has some issue and needs to be updated.

The thing is that I reinstalled too many times. I use chrome but I don't have there google toolbar, in FF we can use a lot of useful addons for SEO, etc and in chrome not I downloaded FF4 beta an seems it works better.

Mine has not crashed, however there seems to minor issues lately. It seemed to have appeared after I uninstalled Chrome. Could your anti-virus be interfering? Try using FF after exiting antivirus. And be careful and surf safe sites during this period.

Mine used to crash alot but now it doesn't. Upgrade it to the latest version. Or else you can always try Chrome which I use more than Mozilla.

I have KIS 2010. Its the antivirus updates which sometimes cause issues. I currently have issues with it interfering with one of the functions of another software. I close the program, disable and exit KIS and then run the software, and it works fine. Then I turn on KIS without having any issues.

crashes may be caused due to the installation of new addons. Better to download a stable version and install again.(Beta version not recommended)
