Google C panel Question

I have a site as i mentioned in signature...
I varified that site through Google C panel..

Now Service is ok but i am not able to send and recieve email with it. I don't think it is paid service.
What should i do?

 

Are you talking about Google Webmaster Tools, because you have to verify your site in there to be able to see stats

Well...I want to use mail account from that site through google C panel

I can login in this but i am not able to send mails through it.

I've just seen that page services from Google, I'm gonna try it too and see what the problem you are dealing with.

 

never tried this but seems like a useful Google app to me
