Hi guys! Thanks to all who contacted me and replied here. I got a few offer which was not up to the mark.
I would like to clear few things like the blog has a premium niche theme, 3/4 unique contents, age of the blog is also good and the possibility of earning is excellent considering it's good ranking in Google if promoted in correct way.

Anyway I have revised the rate upon feedback from my loyal viewers.

I have come down to $80 for howtocarvewood.com and $60 for howtoteachpiano.net

And selling both for only $120.
This is the final rate for selling. If I don't get any buyer till Feb 4th 2011 at 12:46 am then I won't sell it.

Excuse my ignorance, not trying to bash..just really interested to buy the site but however...what is that you call premium niche theme? Because to me, nothing is premium on those sites. From a buyer perspective, I am buying the value of the site, which in this case is the current "earnings" of the site, not the potential, nor I do see something premium or unique (say it a theme or a logo etc, however, would not pay for that when shopping for niche sites).

For example, the howtocarvewood.com has earning $20 for 5 months (not counting the 15 days of august), that is $4 a month. You are asking $80 for a site that is earning $4 a month, that is 20 months revenue (i have yet to see a micro niche site that is selling for 20 months of revenue on that earnings range). If you come down with a more realistic (and I intentionally use the word realistic and not reasonable) price please do let me know, and I will buy it.

Well by premium means, this theme is not available for free. You need to purchase them and it is specially made for Niche sites to earn through AdSense.
I won't argue about my selling price with anyone. The above revised price is the final price I am willing to let the sites go.
