    tools for checking up or diagnosing your site are safe to use, but tools for automated link building or site promotions are a bit questionable for me.. I prefer manual promotions

    SEO Power suite is a good one especially spyglass I like it it is very useful. Be advised to don't buy expensive cr*p that automating your work...

    safe to use but some spammy softwares are not good for site ranking. may be they could harm the ranking in spam way... try the trusted softwares for seo only...
