If they're old files, then it's the same case. They were deleted off the server, but remain in your FM. I recommend deleting them from your FM and re-uploading.

if u can add remote upload to the sonic-preview to get file from internet. its better and faster.

 

I've got a problem too. When I try to remote upload from RS to Filesonic, it says it's Successful, but I can't find any file in "Manage Files" tab.

my download stats are frozen from past 7 hours. i have count 5 download in 7 hours. plz solve the problem. week English

 

Your files are waiting to be transferred to a server. Give it a bit of time and you'll see the second status update as well.

 

Nothing to fix; stats are fine.

 

i upload today through ftp (us server) but is really really slow... i usually upload at 3 mbps but today at 200 kbps and takes a lot of time to move files from ftp to account..

 

FTP is getting more and more popular and overloaded. We're aware of this, and we will be adding more FTP servers shortly.

Guys, please be careful using the copy function. Those of you who copy files and press "Copy" 20 times WILL end up with 20 copies of their files. This is how it was intended to work, and make sure you're really copying what you want to copy; otherwise, you might end up with hundreds of pages of copies, making your file manager unusable!

 

today is not normal its taking alot of time to get done and show up in FM

 

it's been about a half an hour since FTP upload was complete and still not in the FM, then I just tried a remote upload and that didn't go to the FM either.

 

Our problem with the FM is far from resolved. I am awaiting the response of Hish. I'll send the msg 'FileSonic-IT' as well. I hope he responds.

Files remote uploaded dont show in file manager, despite "Successful" status. Please fix it, regards.

 

yes remote upload has bug for few hours. I'm sure we will see too many files in root ... let us wait and pause uploads till its fixed


while extracting urls as .CSV, files are sorted by FILE NUMBER not filenames . its making very confused and unsorted shape.
