file takes longer time than before to show up in file manager

 

i wonder something.. before 10 days all the time you post in forum no sales 1 week and etc... and now everyday good sales what is difrent between this week whitout sales and this days with 5-6 per day ? find good place for posting games ?

well i noticed that since the last update, i can download via IDM with no problem whatsoever. i can schedule downloads and download many files in parallel. speed is also comparable to HF and MU.. may be you should update to the latest IDM instead of complaining it to FileSonic

I do appreciate you taking time, but it hardly addresses the problem/complaint I have.
To reiterate, I am not an overly frequent user but i would like to use FileSonic services occasionally being sent cookies that give a download block under the premise of "parallel downloading" is not any kind of fair practice & counter productive to both your statement & to my willingness to use FS services

..and to the line that finishes your post, i will say that I have been unable to get near to FileSonic !!
& therefore am left no other resource than asking for advice on this forum

today it shows 4 sales for me and 0 $?

Im on paypersale fixed 10 and when i checked the 4 sales it shows 2 sales and 2 refunds of 2 different files.

The weird thing about this is that since i joined filesonic in november i havent a single refund and now 2 in the same day in a space of less than one hour with two different files....

Its very strange.

thanks, and get used to these guys ignoring any sort of problem you might have, they blame it on laughable stuff like geographical location or your ISP. Meanwhile every site on the internet works fine for you except theirs, but it's the ISP fault or your geographical location: IDM works with every other file ho.st, but they tell you it's out of their control. Hmmm, every other file h ost seems to have figured it out, but with FileSonic, I guess they just blame everyone else, they're never at fault. It's OK though, if you wanna get them were it hurts, it's their wallet. Support file hosts that address problems and fix them and boycott, ones like these with atrocious speeds and problems galore.

 

cmw17 do a traceroute to filesonic.com and send me the results. Perhaps I can pinpoint the problem.

We're not 'sending you cookies' to 'block you'. The vast majority of our users download for free without every buying premium, and without a problem. It could be one of the following things:

1- Your ISP is putting you behind a proxy. (are you in the UK, for instance?)
2- You're sharing your Internet connection with someone.
3- Another reason related to IP sharing.

If you need specific help with this issue, PM me some more details - IP address, ISP, location, traceroute, etc.
