Paypal verification methods

    Hi folks,

    I've been using an Indian Paypal account for a long time, I had it verified with the help of a virtual credit card years ago, and now with all these things happening to Indian accounts. I had to move to a Moroccan account with my real infos..

    I wish to know what are the possibilities to verify it, can I still use a VCC? Also, what can I do with a Moroccan account, send money? receive some? withdraw to a bank account or to a Master Card?

    Please inform me about these points..
