    Xrumer doesn't get you banned by google, the way you use Xrumer gets you banned. Really fast and easy.
    So if you're a n00b and have no idea of what Xrumer can do, just hire someone to use it instead of you (not me).

    I hired someone to blast 1,000 links to one page in a single day and 3 months on, nothing has happened to the domain apart from the page raising in the SERPs, so it's working at this moment in time and the natural link flow to me is a myth.

    xrumer is like having a gun, if you are not careful then you will get yourself banned. if you are careful how you use xrumer then you have nothing to worry about.
