Is is legal to sell facebook accts with friends..?

    IS IT LEGAL TO SELL FACEBOOK ACCTS WITH FRIENDS on ebay..?

    This is not illegal but is against the facebook TOS which requires you to use your own name.

    If you did you would not want to post the actuall username in the auction as this would surely lead to it being banned for whoever buys it

    It's definitely not illegal. Nobody will arrest you because you have sold some facebook accounts.

    Facebook TOS prohibit it.
    Besides a change in IP range will get that account banned

    It's against Facebook TOS and they can delete the account if they found out you sold it or are selling it.

    I guess you should also check with Ebay's rules as they might also take some serious action if you are doing or posting something which is not allowed in other sites. You never know ebay has done this before for one of my account and just banned me :(
