Can I add non confirmed debit card to another paypal account?

Yesterday I added my debit card to my father's paypal account.
The message came your card is successfully added but i didnt click continue button for verifying that card which requires $ 1.95.Then I cancelled the process and removed it.
Now my question is can I add this debit card(which is on my name) to my paypal account which i am going to register on my name?

Yes I will try as soon as I get my PAN card(needed for signing up).Just need to confirm from other members that is this possible or not or i will get error something like this "This card already has been used".

 

Does this mean that if i had confirmed the card by clicking continue I wouldn't be able to use that card in my account even after removing it from my father's pp?
Please anyone help me in this issue.

There is no way to ADD DEBIT CARD into Indian paypal accounts.. Try and you will get to know yourself..

Only credit card can be added into Indian paypal accounts.

 

I had tried it and got had success! BTW its not simple debit card its VISA Debit card

 

I want to transfer money from my father's paypal account to mine.
I dont have option to transfer that money to fathers bank ac.
How to do that as simple sending is not working anymore.
