4th rank on google but no Traffic

My website is on 4th rank on Google through the keyword "Server Support" but i am not receiving any traffic through this keyword. what is the problem I don't no. can some one explain about the problem. my website is provaltech.com/ .

Very few people will click 4th site, people usually check top 2 sites, so if you get in top 2 you will surely get 30 people coming to your site daily.

 

That keyword may be dead or you may just be right below the click line (4th)
