    Because RBI set rules 1999 and PayPal don't want to follow it! So they are using safe route.

    Why PayPal not ready to give information to RBI, banks are giving it then what's problem of PayPal.

    damn i know this is kinda grey stuff but what else can we do people :( pp india and rbi sucks a lot !! All RBI wants to do now is steal from online guys like us...damn it..these guys wont ever help us to have a slice of luxuary :(

    Yes and I think we need to force PayPal to follow RBI. What's problem to share information with them, in banks can share it then what's problem for PayPal!

    I would say All people within India should share this news to Indian Media and in this way RBI will notice this news and all freelancers should gather at one place and go to RBI headquarters and should try to opt this rule out of not buiyng online using Paypal balance as everyone cant affors to get a CC.Other rules are fine but the rule about you cannot buy online by using Paypal balance and everyone should try to get this rule out :)

    I have got around 2500$ in my Unverified Paypal account.

    I receive funds only from File hosts.

    So as per the new Paypal Rule...

    I would like to know....
    I have to flush out all the funds to my bank account by 1st March 2011?

    I cant recieve more than 500$ at a time in my paypal account?

    Please guide me...im in big tension now

    Anyone used this http://www.payoneer.com/ for getting paid. I think it suits as an alternative to paypal. I am seriously feeling to switch from paypal to some other source. Let me know your opinions guys.

    Even it is true nobody accepts. Paypal is now worldwide may be they are not good in many things but many are enjoying with that. Money laundering in india is going as usual. The GOV is simply saying we cant open black money. Atleast for freelancers why cant paypal restriction must be removed.

    And the best way is - Paypal give some $$$$$ as 2g scam then no problem for paypal in India. but paypal wont do.

    Whatever we are affected.

    Dont go to for SBI credit card.They give CC only on your Income Tax Return and not on Fixed Deposits.Teh best if you want to get CC,Go for ICICI bank which offers CC on 2000 RS Fixed Deposits,HDFC bank on 40000 RS and Axis Bank on 100000 RS.You will get issued CC from these banks within 1 Day.Go get CC as fast as possible.Good Luck :)
