    $5-10 is too low for a custom Wordpress template. You can find some premium WP themes on themeforest.net - they cost around $35 there.

    You can't buy anything for $5-$10. This isn't the crappy .info domain section.

    Search the free template sites (and beware of malicious code in them), the Wordpress theme repository, or do like was suggested above...scape together some more money and buy a premium theme that closely matches what you are looking for and learn how to customize the sections that you need changed to add your own graphics and change the styling to match your niche's.

    For $5-$10, the best you can hope for is maybe purchase an image to use to create a custom header to apply to an existing theme.

    Heed the warning mentioned about free themes. At least learn what to look for. See link in my signature line about an expose on free themes.
