    I agree completely. I hope just like the last time, PayPal will surely come out with a solution this time as well. Implementation of whatever written in the new agreement will almost shut down PayPal operations in India which will affect the Payment Processor big time.

    We can receive payments but only 500$ at a time . WE cant send payments via paypal .
    We have to send payments via Credit card , the chances of credit card theft is going to increase after this .

    The BEST solution for this problem

    1) Create one more PP account where there is no such crap rules (UK is best i guess)
    2) Maintain all the balances in that account
    3) Pay server bills etc from the same
    4) Transfer to original account when you need to withdraw money to your bank account here in India.


    You will say USD500 limit is the problem... Read the notification from paypal again - It CLEARLY states USD500 PER transaction.

    Send money in instalments and withdraw...

    Simple....

    Man How can you Say that Indian people are scammer? Who the hell are you to say this? Yes it's true some people are dishonest and scam people on Internet. Don't forget that we (India) are the 5th in World Cyber Crime Report and your Country America is top in that List. 'Scamming people online' is also a Cyber crime. Don't attack Indian People and i don't even attack your people. Not All Indian's are Scammer like not all american are Honest. :)

    We only dont need Paypal, Paypal also need us, India dominates everywhere, if Paypal will go we will find some alternative but Paypal Balance Sheet will be in trouble for sure. :)

    I don't find the new limitations to be a problem, so, I'll stick to my account.

    You know, through some previous conversation pertaining to PayPal I was told you can't have more than 1 account.
    And, truly I don't receive so much money that I have to channelize it through a secondary account. Poor me :)

    Anyways, I don't know why people are fussing over the $500 per transaction limitation. I'm sure one can transact everyday.

    It's just I don't seem to understand yet what the fuss is about.
