Very bad experience with webhostingworld.net

    Hi Friends,

    I got very bad experience with webhostingworld.net . I bought 2 shared hosting plans and paid yearly amount payment. But one of my site constantly found down due to they restarted servers so many time daily. When I raised tickets that time got reply that "clear your cache site is running". Due to this reason I sent them third party monitoring service reports which clearly stated site brought down at least 5 times daily. But I didn't get reply from them. Finally I canceled my account and asked them money back (within 30 days as per their offered). But not getting any single reply from them up to 10 days. Due to this reason I raised paypal money back charge. And got money back.

    Beware of this hosting company because I found this company is scam nothing else. They are not providing any support and money back as they offered on site. Be careful.

    in such a cheap rates defiantly you don't get premium hosting and dedicated support

    Webhostingworld.net People are thieves, bullies and incompetents. What they do best is to deceive people with their offers and false promises, super service pessimism, and a support area who do not know what they say, are the worst of the worst.

    That's what happen when people don't do their research before purchase as here you can ask for a good company and they will tell you hostgator is the best people are happy with them just do your search here before purchase

    Take a look around at the different web hosting forums out there, and you'll find plenty of people who are dissatisfied with HostGator.

    I was a little skeptical about singing up for a hosting provider so... well, so cheap. I had been used to paying about $15 - $20 / month for my hosting service. However,webhostingworld has proven to be quite stable, offers a lot of features that many of my local providers weren't even thinking of adding only in $1. They also have excellent support team who has always managed to help me out with any problems that I would have to admit were caused by my mistake. Great service in comparison to the number of providers I have dealt with since I first started creating websites about 5 years ago.


    I have no intention of being their reseller, but I have been recommending them to my clients. Everyone who has moved to them has been pleased so far. The only thing that was hard for me to get used to with was their control panel. They use their own one and since I was used to cPanel it took me a few weeks. Once I figured that one out, things have gone quite smoothly with them.

    I signed up with webhostingworld.net to build my first website. It was a breeze and I know nothing about the web site building coding mumbo jumbo! I used their support once or twice and can definitely say they were friendly, patient and helpful. Really a good technical support.

    why did you need TWO shared plans? Already sounds link a ripoff. Any ONE unlimited sites plan would be probably much cheaper.

    Do a Googling search.
    Keywords to use:
    - Webhostingworld not willing
    - A shared hosting not willing
    or
    - A shared hosting not willing to refund
    - Webhostingworld not willing to refund.

    These keywords will land you into first page of a site complained towards such an hosting.

    Customer service and response times to inquiries are remarkable. Fastest I have ever seen and have seen many. Will give 100 out of 100 marks for customer support.

    Wow!!! Dredged up old post, with the only positive things written by 2 "different" users with their first post. I totally believe what they say, after all there's nothing suspicious about that is there?

    Thank you webhostingworld for providing REAL customer service rather than lip service. I cannot tell you what a relief that is! I don't require a lot, but when you need it, you need it. If this level of service is what I can expect from webhostingworld guys you will have a customer for life!

    Solid service with an environmental conscience
    Webhostingworld.net support is what we appreciate the most. If anything is not working as we expect, a quick mail to support and we can pretty much rely on a reply within an 30 min or a hour, there’s never been a need to call them. Great value and support!!!
