Best niche to get traffic with less efforts is local sites in local language. English sites are too competitive, so there you will not get any "easy" traffic. But local sites has low adsense profits (cheap advertisers).
credits and insurance health etc work well for adsense... Always target high paying keywords, do proper on page SEO
Agree with other people. Usually AdSense is better for most, but for some people affiliate program could be better...
Do you mean like blogs, forums, websites, which among them is the best? I suppose forums don't require you to post daily updates but you need to get lots of other members and plenty of traffic. Blogs get lots of traffic but only if you post regularly!
