Yes that's right ! For Phillipines, it's one of the country we can't cover well because of the fillrate isn't so high but you can try and see how much you get, the system is dynamic .

If u count all impression 0.3 CPM is very gud ...but if u count only UV its too low ... so can u make it clear....
0.30$ is a starting price, it means you will have 0.30$ for 1000 view . We can count only 1 ip or multiple ip depending on the capping's value ! If an advertiser choose a capping higher than one, then you will get more . It depends then on the advertiser choice ! The more advertisers we have, the better it will be !
