EDIT: I didn't saw the link earlier? XD Must be my tired eyes. I'm quite expecting my country to be one of the lowest on the list. :p

Added: I'm not even surprised NOT to see my country on the list. I even doubt that we even had the 'quality' to begin with.

Those numbers are totally off unless there are countries which go well beyond -100 . Otherwise I can't see how in the world France can get a score of 42 , almost equal to Poland . No offense but either the study is biased (algorithm or author) or the data came from a kindergarten expert .

The kindergarten experts are from the kindergarten university of Zurich. What about learning the parameters of the study before writing a subjective post based on ignorance?

The reference data is missing from the study and so is the algorithm formula . It's 19 pages paper created by Prof. Wolfgang Merkel from the Social Science Research Center Berlin the only association whit UZH is that the publisher : Marc Bühlmann of the Democracy Center for Democracy: NCCR Democracy is indirectly associated whit UZH . That's kind of saying that the author is a distant cousin of a cousin .

This is hardly a reference study , at best it's case study of the named countries . Utilizing it as a reference for the worlds democracies would be puerile and non-academic . If I look at it in the way you look at it (as a world reference study ) i find it biased and incomplete .
