I still like to use "web log". On a scale of 1 to 10, how crazy am I?

    I think it sounds cooler than "blog". Blog sounds like a puking sound.

    I often use web log just because I generally do not like abbrev.

    I think web log sounds more professional to me then just "blog".
    But that's just me.

    I don't use either. I don't call my Wordpress sites blogs, I call them websites. I do label any article sections within the site "Blog", but that's about it.
