Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content. 6. Site load time (speed) If you know anything more, kindly share here.
Yes these are the common factor to rank well at search engine. Many of webmasters trying hard to develop a lot of backlinks (without further thinking whether they are useful backlinks or not), but pageRank does not depend only on the number of backlinks. The number of backlinks also does matter, but it’s all about quality and relevancy of the backlinks than the quantity. So, if you have a thousand irrelevant backlinks pointing to your site, it will not make any difference to your page rank, but if you have only a few hundred quality/relevant backlinks, then assume that you’re gonna get a higher page rank next time Google updates its nominal page rank. And the first option of list is so good, I always write articles for my readers not for search engine

Quality back links are backlinks coming from high authority sites in its niches. Relevant backlinks are links in the same niche as you. Hope this helps
If you're using CMS, then you should cache your page. you can also run a cron job for your site on your hosting.
Social networking sites have alot of traffic running through them. You get more traffic rather than doing a SEO job there. However, they do give some link juice especially facebook as it i a very popular site.
