    I have seen my site indexing in yahoo less then google, do you know why??

    thats easy as Google has more users than yahoo, yahoo takes much time to index than Google.

    Opposite for me. Yahoo index my pages before google, and also considers more backlinks than google.

    Yahoo is much accurate in knowing how much your inbound links are than using webmaster tool. I think they are much reliable in it.
